Withdrawal Policy

Right of Withdrawal

For customers who are consumers within the meaning of the Austrian Consumer Protection Act (KSchG), the right of withdrawal applies in accordance with the following provisions.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. (go to form)

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

If you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item.

If you have ordered goods that are delivered in several partial shipments or pieces, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us,

by means of a clear statement, for example by letter sent by post or by email, of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

If an online function for submitting a withdrawal declaration is provided on our website, you may also submit your withdrawal electronically using this function.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

This does not apply to any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us.

For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract to

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary for checking their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Exclusion or Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual choice or decision by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

The right of withdrawal also does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods if, after delivery, they have been inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature.
