Here you will find all the key information regarding your order with H&S Sensortechnik – from placing your order and payment methods, through to delivery charges and delivery times, right up to collection, express delivery and complaints.
How to order from H&S Sensortechnik
Select the product you want from our online shop and add it to your basket. You can then complete your order directly online.
The ordering process at a glance:
- Select a product and add it to your basket by clicking the ‘Buy’ or ‘Add to basket’ button.
- Click the ‘Proceed to Checkout’ button
- Enter your order details and delivery address
- Select a payment method
- Complete your order
- Receive an order confirmation by email
- Your order will be processed and dispatched

Payment methods
The following payment methods are available for your order:
- Instant bank transfer
- Credit card
- Prepayment
If you choose to pay by prepayment, you will receive our bank details in a separate email once the order has been completed. The goods will be dispatched once payment has been received.
Delivery charges
Delivery charges depend on the relevant delivery area:
Delivery area 1 – Austria & Germany
Delivery charges: €8.00
Delivery area 2 – Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, France, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, the Czech Republic & Hungary
Delivery charges: €14.00
Delivery area 3 – Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Sweden, Spain & Cyprus
Delivery charges: €28.00
Delivery area 4 – Malta
Delivery charges: €120.00
Is your country not listed? No problem: please send us your order directly by email.
We’ll be happy to discuss the delivery options with you on a case-by-case basis.
Delivery time
The estimated delivery time is:
- Austria & Germany: 1–3 working days
- Other countries: 7–10 working days
Parcel deliveries are usually made Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Please note that, if paying in advance, the delivery time may be extended by the time taken for payment to be received.
Collect in person
Would you like to collect your order in person? This is possible by prior arrangement.
Ordered goods can be collected from our premises in Enzenkirchen during our opening hours.
Collection times:
- Monday to Thursday: 07:00–12:00 and 13:00–16:00
- Friday: 07:00–11:30

Express delivery
Do you need your order particularly quickly?
Express delivery is generally possible. The additional delivery charges are calculated on a case-by-case basis.
It is best to contact us by telephone or email before placing your order. We will be happy to check the available express delivery options.
Complaints and Transport Damage
If an item purchased online is faulty, does not work properly or has been damaged in transit, you can make a complaint to H&S Sensortechnik.
To enable us to process your enquiry as quickly as possible, please email us:
- a brief description of the fault,
- clear photos showing the fault clearly,
- a photo showing all the faulty items together.

Returns & Cancellation
Would you like to return an item ordered online?
Consumers generally have a 14-day right of cancellation.
You can find detailed information on the conditions, time limits and how to exercise your right of withdrawal in our withdrawal policy.
